ANALISIS AKSESIBILITAS PETANI PERKOTAAN TERHADAP AGROINPUT DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN URBAN FARMING

Urban Farming is growing rapidly and becoming as a part of the solution for food insecurityand malnutrition problems urban citizen. But, facilitation development urbanfarming have not been able to overcome pressure faced by farmers mainlyaccessibility agroinput yet. Objectives this research were 1) identify ofagroinput, 2) know accessibility farmer agroinput, 3) analyze policy implicationto farming. The used an explanatory survey method.Sampling method waspurposive stratified random sampling. Availability andfarmer’s quantified using Likert’s Scale. Respondents member offarmer’s group paddy agribusiness, sheep, processing agriculture products. Thisresearch was conducted in villages Situ Gede Margajaya intra-urban, PasirBuncir Pasir Eurih Tamansari peri-urban.The observed variables are land, water,seeds/seedlings, fertilizers, pesticides, technologyas well labor.Results study:1)agroinput that difficult access labor, feed concentrate, fertilizer, andseed.Paddy land ownership peri-urban less than 0.2 Ha intra-urban areas landlessfarmers. Outside labor because itslimited amount or availibility thewages relatively expensive. Feed concentrate sheep rarely available affordablebecause it’s Limited agribusiness itsproblems challenge will bring changing implication developing farming,mainly facilitation, model, empowering institusional, andregulatory.
